Reports on Order Discrepancy measure the number and proportion of successful orders with discrepancies per day.
Discrepancy happens when the expected quantity is not the same as the actual quantity.

Report Overview
Order Discrepancy (%)

- Order/day sums up total complete and incomplete orders for the day
- Complete with no discrepancy refers to tasks that have been completed without item discrepancy
- Complete with discrepancy refers to tasks that have been completed with item discrepancy (Line Item Validation is enabled)
- Total number of line items across all orders sums up all the line items for all orders
- Average number of line items per order is calculated by taking the 'Total number of line items across all orders' divided by 'Order/day'
- Total number of line items with discrepancy across all orders sums up the line items that have discrepancy for all orders
- Average number of line items with discrepancy per order is measured by taking 'Total number of line items with discrepancy across all orders' divided by 'Order/day'
- % of Complete orders with Discrepancy is caluclated by taking 'Complete with discrepancy' divided by the sum of 'Complete with no discrepancy' and 'Complete with discrepancy'
- % average of line items with discrepancy per order is measured by calculating the % of discrepancy per order and then taking the average of it

- 1st Top Discrepancy Reason refer to the Discrepancy Reason used the most number of times by all drivers for that day
- 2nd Top Discrepancy Reason and 3rd Top Discrepancy Reason refer to the Discrepancy Reason used the 2nd and 3rd most number of times by all drivers for that day
