Reports on On-Time Performance

Reports on On-Time Performance measures the number and proportion of orders that have been completed within or outside the Task Time Range.

Here are the reports available about On-Time Performance with different types of breakdown:

  1. On-Time Pickup/Delivery (%)
  2. On-Time Pickup/Delivery (%) by driver
  3. Late Pickup/Delivery (%)
  4. Late Pickup/Delivery (%) by driver


Report Overview

On-Time Pickup/Delivery (%)

  • Completed/Incompleted Orders per day sums up the total complete and incomplete orders for the day
  • % of orders Arrived within Task Time Range measures the proportion of orders that arrived within Task Time Range
  • % of orders outside of Task Time Range during Arrived measures the proportion of orders that arrived outside of Task Time Range
  • % of orders Completed / Incompleted within Task Time Range calculates the proportion of orders that were completed/incompleted within Task Time Range
  • % of orders Completed / Incompleted outside Task Time Range calculates the proportion of orders that were completed/incompleted outside of Task Time Range

  • Each section is for 1 day


Late Pickup/Delivery (%)

  • Completed/Incompleted Orders per day sums up the total complete and incomplete orders for the day
  • Number of late orders (Completed after Task Time range) refers to the number of tasks that were completed outside of Task Time Range
  • % of orders late (Completed after Task Time range) is calculated by taking Number of late orders (Completed after Task Time range) divided by Completed/Incompleted Orders per day
  • Average time late per order (mins) measures the average time of completion for the Number of late orders (Completed after Task Time range)
