Reports on Carbon Emissions

Reports on Carbon Emissions calculates the amount of carbon dioxide emitted (gCO₂ or kgCO₂) in a day, by vehicle and by task.

The reports on Carbon Emissions are:

  1. Carbon Emissions by Day
  2. Carbon Emissions by Vehicle
  3. Carbon Emissions by Task

Carbon Emissions can be calculated if the vehicle types of the vehicles have been determined in Fleet Management > Vehicles.

The calculation of Carbon Emissions for ICE Vehicles and Electric Vehicles are as follow:

  • ICE Vehicle: The carbon emissions are calculated based on the fuel consumed during the distance travelled & cargo carried by the vehicle.
  • Electric Vehicle: The carbon emission calculated is based on the carbon emissions produced from the electrical consumption during the charging of the vehicle.

Report Overview

Carbon Emissions by Day

  • Completed/Incompleted Orders per day sums up the total complete and incomplete orders for the day
  • Total Runsheets (Drivers assigned) refers to the number of drivers with assigned tasks
  • Total ICE Vehicles refers to the number of ICE Vehicles by the vehicle type in Fleet Management > Vehicles
  • Total Electric Vehicles refers to the number of Electric Vehicles by the vehicle type in Fleet Management > Vehicles
  • Total Calculated Distance (km) refers to the total distance of all runsheets
  • Total Cargo Weight (tonne) refers to the total weight of items in all completed/incompleted orders
  • Amount of Carbon dioxide emitted (gCO2) sums up all the carbon dioxide emitted for all runsheets.

Carbon Emissions by Vehicle

  • Carbon Emissions by Day with breakdown by vehicle
  • Total Calculated Distance (km) refers to the total distance of each runsheet
  • Total Cargo Weight (tonne) refers to the total weight of items of each runsheet
  • Each section is for 1 day
  • Total Cargo Weight (tonne) and Total Tonne-Kilometers (t-km) will be not be calulcated (ie. NA) for electric vehicles

Carbon Emissions by Task

  • Carbon Emissions by Day with breakdown by task
  • Total Distance (km) refers to the distance between the job adress and the task address
  • Total Cargo Weight (tonne) refers to the weight of items in the task
  • Total Cargo Weight (tonne) and Total Tonne-Kilometers (t-km) will be not be calulcated (ie. NA) for electric vehicles
