Understanding Task Statuses

At any point in time, each task will have its status. In this article, you'll learn about the task statuses in VersaFleet and VersaDrive.

Definition of Task Statuses

  • The default status when the task has been created

This is only triggered if Driver Acknowledgement (Settings > VersaDrive > Driver Acknowledgement) is enabled.

This status will be skipped if Driver Acknowledgement is disabled.

Acknowledged
  1. When the driver has acknowledged or approved the task (if Driver Acknowledgement is enabled)
  2. When the task goes straight to My Runsheet in VersaFleet Drive after assignment (if Driver Acknowledgement is disabled)
  1. When the driver clicks 'Approve' in New Jobs of VersaFleet Drive
  2. When the user clicks 'Update VersaDrive' button in Planning > Map or Planning > Tasks after the task is assigned to a driver
